CHEF KEN BOUCHER

Chef Ken Boucher has always known his future was in the culinary world. Cooking since he was 8 years old, Ken took inspiration from the fresh, local ingredients Aspen has to offer and started making them the focal point of his meals. 

As well as American-style and BBQ fare, Ken specializes in Asian menus and fresh, healthy spa cuisine. He has sharpened his skills by working with some of the food industry’s most well-known names, including Marcus Samuelsson, Stephanie Izard and Ming Tsai, and has even made an appearance on Iron Chef America.

Carrying on his passion for fresh flavors and the best seasonal ingredients, Ken has worked at some of the most well-known restaurants in the Aspen area, to include the legendary Pine Creek Cookhouse, The Motherlode, Rainbow Grill and Mawa’s Kitchen to name a few.

Since 2000, Ken has been working as a private chef and has catered for some of the biggest names from the worlds of entertainment, business and sport including Mariah Carey, Dan Snyder and Joe Gibbs. He has now created Aspen Catering Company to bring all his experience to create the perfect event for you.
