Cucumber cups stuffed with jumbo lump crab, celery, red onion, fresh dill, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning and mayonnaise.

Assorted mini quiche in flakey phyllo dough cups, Quiche Lorraine (Spinach, cheeses and bacon), Vegetarian Rainbow Quiche (assorted vegetables to include mushrooms, orange and red bell peppers, broccoli spinach and cheese) and Caramelized Leek and Gruyere Quiche.

SEARED AHI ON CRISP WONTON CHIPS

Seared Ahi tuna served on crispy wonton chips, finished with a miso soy glaze, scallions and sesame seeds.
